Its about time!

 I finally got off my butt and met up with our web designer to try to learn how to use our website properly. It will be a learning process but I am ready to start adding pictures and weekly blogs.
 We will be adding classes to our schedule as of Jan 17th and adjusting times which you will be able to see right here on our website.
 I wasnt aware of this but we have an average of over 100 hits a day on this site. That has motivated me to keep the site up to date. I will be posting pictures, class info, specials, videos and fight result as they come.
 I can be reached here on the website. If you go to the toolbar and click on "contact us' you will be directed right to my phone. Remember I do get punched in the head lot so if I dont get back to you right away just send me a friendly reminder.
 This is going to be a great year at CVBC. I hope you can join us to be part of it.
