Royce Gracie Seminar - Thailand 2009

Late in 2009 Jonny Mac ran away from the Canadian cold and rain to go get back to fighting fitness in Thailand, dragging some CVBC members with him. One of the highlights of the trip was a training seminar with the granddaddy of BJJ, Mr Royce Gracie himself!
